MKFE’s letter to Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker on the MiLoG
Hungarian Road Transport Association (MKFE) sent its position paper on the German minimum wage (MiLoG) to the President of the European Commission on 4 May 2015. Based on a detailed legal analysis MKFE has requested the Commission to launch the infringement procedure against Germany.
